At More Today, we help every client love their skin more today than they did yesterday. We make skincare feel approachable and welcoming, combining expert facial treatments with thoughtful skincare guidance to create a space where clients feel supported and empowered on their skincare journeys.

We’d love to hear from you if you…

  • Hold a valid New York State Esthetics License.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in client-facing hospitality or customer service.

  • Know your skincare ingredients and love understanding the β€œwhy” behind a formula.

  • Have excellent communication skills and love building genuine connections with clients and teammates.

  • Are looking to grow with an independent skincare studio where you can make a meaningful impact and be part of shaping the client experience.

  • Additional certifications in advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microcurrent, and advanced facial massage techniques a plus.

What You'll Do:

Client Care & Services

  • As an esthetician, you’ll perform customized facials, back treatments, and peels, tailoring treatments and home care to each client 

  • Create a warm, supportive experience for every client through thoughtful consultations and personalized treatment plans for a diverse clientele

  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to support their skin goals

  • Maintain expertise in products and ingredients to confidently speak to their benefits and provide informed recommendations during services

  • Stay curious and committed to expanding your skincare knowledge

Studio Operations

  • Follow treatment protocols, best practices, and sanitation standards

  • Keep detailed client notes to track progress and personalize future visits

  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room and follow all sanitation protocols.

  • Create and post social media content during downtime to share skincare tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and maintain connections with clients

  • Check clients out after appointments with warmth and professionalism

  • Flexibility to assist with other day-to-day tasks based on the needs of a small but mighty studio.

The Details:

  • Pay: $17/hour base pay + commission + gratuity

  • Earning potential: Up to $35/hour (before tips or bonuses)

  • Additional Perks: Opportunity for product commission and performance bonuses

  • Schedule: Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These are our highest-demand days, which means more opportunities to see clients, earn commission, and grow your skills.
